Some TDF premises, like offices and some production sites, are equipped with CCTV cameras. Recorded footage shows images, visitors or outside provider staff, and is processed as stated below.
Processing purpose:
TDF, with registered office at Montrouge (postcode 92120) – 155bis avenue Pierre Brossolette, has installed CCTV cameras in its premises in order to assure its staff’s and property’s security. Recorded footage under this procedure is not used for staff surveillance or work hours control purposes.
‘Legitimate Interest’ is the processing legal basis, see Article 6.1.f GDPR.
Relevant persons’ data and categories:
TDF employees, outside staff and ad-hoc visitors to TDF premises or sites may be filmed when they are in CCTV camera shot.
Footage use:
Footage may be viewed in the event of an incident by approved TDF staff – site operations and security managers – and by the police. Outside hardware maintenance staff working for TDF may also view CCTV footage exclusively for this purpose.
Footage retention period:
Footage is held for one month.
Should a person or property security incident arise, CCTV footage may, however, be held longer as an exception hereto. In such case, footage is saved on a separate storage medium for the time it takes to settle matters arising from the incident, during which only approved staff have access to it.

You may view your personal data. You are also entitled to object to and limit your personal data processing (see cnil.fr to learn more about your rights).

Only our access management and security staff can access this data. Should an incident arise, this data may be transmitted to the police.
In respect of Fairway (Montrouge) and Terralta (Lyon) sites, an outside service provider responsible for managing multi-company building access, processes such data too.
