ESG Performance - GRESB 2023

TDF Group achieved a score of 98/100 in the 2023 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) world ranking.

As a responsible industrial group, TDF  continues to advance in the GRESB ranking by improving its overall score year after year.

In 2023, with a score of 98/100, TDF Group improved by three points compared to 2022.

This result reflects the continuous improvement efforts made by all departments within the company, as well as the particular focus on showcasing the Group’s management of social, environmental, and governance risks.

Each year, the company engages independent firms to audit its CSR management system and ESG performance.

The findings from these audits provide the company’s management with insights into the progress made and areas for improvement, while also allowing us to benchmark our results against those of our peers.

The results of the 2023 GRESB report highlight TDF Group's long-standing commitment to reducing the digital divide. Today, the Group aims to advance further in its ESG strategy, particularly concerning the energy and environmental aspects of its activities. We are working to create a new momentum driven by environmental commitments and a policy central to our corporate strategy.

ISO 27001 Certification and Health Data Hosting

Our 4 Data Centers labellised

Since 2015, TDF Group has been certified ISO 27001, and since early 2022, as a Health Data Hosting Provider for its data center hosting services.

For clients, these certifications confirm TDF Group’s ability to provide secure hosting of their IT equipment across its four data centers (Rennes, Marseille, Bordeaux, and Lille).

Code of Conduct on Energy Efficiency

TDF Group’s data centers are certified as Code of Conduct Participants.

Issued by the European Commission, this label certifies the energy efficiency of the data centers.

Social Dialogue Trophy 2022

Jury's special award

 

The Social Dialogue Trophies, initiated and organized by the Observatory for a New Social Dialogue, aim to recognize and reward companies and teams that have implemented innovative and successful initiatives in social dialogue.

TDF was honored by the jury for its contract that balances economic competitiveness, attractiveness, and social innovation.

LinkedIn Talent Award 2021

Employer brand recognized

 

TDF was honored with the LinkedIn Talent Award for “Best Employer Brand 2021” for its commitment to building a strong employer brand with the goal of engaging meaningfully with its audience.

TDF was evaluated for the period from August 2020 to August 2021 based on the following criteria:

  • Number of views on the company page
  • Growth in followers of the company page
  • Engagement rate of posts from the company page
  • Percentage of internal mobility (employee profile changes)

The LinkedIn Talent Awards featured 1,250 companies in the “Best Employer Brand” category, including 290 in the 1,000 to 5,000 employees segment.
