Governance

Innovation, corruption prevention, stakeholder engagement, and responsible purchasing are at the core of TDF Group’s governance.

Innovating

At the heart of TDF Group’s strategy, innovation aims to identify and support the development of tomorrow’s technologies.

Innovating: a driver of employee engagement

By fostering exchanges, networking, and cross-functional collaboration across TDF Group’s various activities, innovation serves as a powerful driver of employee engagement.

And because innovation is not just technological, it also involves:

  • the company’s ability to question itself
  • and transform its processes and ways of working for greater social and environmental agility.

Innovation at the TDF Group campus

Located in Les Lilas, inside the Fort de Romainville, the campus hosts the company’s operations services, showcasing TDF Group’s technological expertise and operational excellence.

Preventing and detecting corruption

An anti-corruption policy is in place at the company, managed by the Audit and Internal Control Department, and is applicable to all employees.

Committed to fundamental principles in the fight against corruption, TDF Group adheres to the guidelines established by the OECD and condemns any fraudulent practices or acts of corruption.

Each year, the company conducts a corruption risk assessment and organizes training sessions for its employees.

The anti-corruption training provides context and is grounded in practical exercises. The scenarios used in the training are based on situations that TDF Group employees might encounter and are illustrated by judicial decisions.

Enhancing our stakeholder engagement

TDF Group recognizes the importance of maintaining ongoing dialogue with all of its internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

From responding to a call for tenders to deploying a new service, from establishing a new site to its operation, and from integrating new employees to improving their working conditions, TDF Group recognizes the daily importance of maintaining ongoing dialogue with all its internal and external stakeholders.

For each stakeholder, we designate a primary contact person and establish a communication approach.

The company’s goal is to build lasting and trust-based relationships that address the main concerns of its partners.

Our actions to address the expectations of our stakeholders

Reducing visual impact through landscape integration

When necessary or recommended by the French Heritage Architects, TDF Group ensures the landscape integration of its antennas.

The affected sites feature a visual identity specific to their location or blend into the existing visual identity.

Landscape integration solutions are varied. TDF Group can use:

  • Color harmony (antennas against a façade, painting of the mast),
  • Geometric design (antennas integrated into the building’s architecture),
  • Or space organization (landscaping).

Vegetation management – Greening telecom masts

TDF Group and Mube design, deploy, and maintain a network of greened telecom masts.

In urban areas, local authorities face new, sometimes conflicting challenges: ensuring connectivity for residents while preserving greenery. The greened telecom mast solution addresses these challenges.

The greened telecom mast offers several advantages:

  • Reduced water consumption
  • Reduction of heat islands
  • Height of up to 20 meters
  • Minimal footprint
  • Deployment of integrated 4G and 5G networks

Contributing to responsible purchasing

By incorporating ESG clauses into its general purchasing conditions, TDF Group ensures that its industrial and commercial partners adhere to a corporate social responsibility policy equivalent to its own, including respect for human rights and compliance with the Sapin II Law.
