Our EH&S policy, the digital development of regions, our actions for diversity and solidarity, the quality of life and working conditions, and social dialogue are at the heart of TDF Group’s social approach. Our DNA: being socially committed.

Promoting our EH&S policy

TDF Group is committed to identifying and assessing the risks associated with its activities in advance and defining the applicable prevention rules for its employees, clients, and subcontractors.

TDF Group implements programs to ensure:

the improvement of working conditions, the safety of its infrastructures, and the reduction of its environmental impact.

These programs are part of a continuous improvement cycle to achieve TDF Group’s ambition: reaching “Zero serious accidents.”

Our actions to promote our EH&S policy

Subcontractor audits

To ensure compliance with safety rules, TDF Group technicians conduct on-site safety audits with the company’s subcontractors.

Three objectives:

  • Develop a health and safety culture among these subcontractors,
  • Ensure that subcontractors working on TDF Group sites comply with safety regulations,
  • Halt projects where a serious and imminent risk is identified.

Protection against electromagnetic fields

Since 2021, several actions have been implemented following the publication of the policy “Prevention of Risks Related to Worker Exposure to Electromagnetic Fields on TDF Group Sites”:

  • Adaptation to emerging technologies,
  • Review of prevention measures,
  • Study of 5G safety perimeters,
  • Optimization of electromagnetic field measurement processes,
  • Search for a new supplier of protective suits and electromagnetic field measurement devices.

This approach, based on current regulations and standards, is continuously evolving.

A network of first aiders distributed across all TDF Group sites

This network is managed by the health, safety, and environment managers of each region.

Workplace first aiders receive training in first aid procedures and regular refresher courses to ensure they can respond quickly in the event of an accident at work.

They are regularly sent flash updates in the form of reminders about best practices to keep them informed of the latest developments in first aid.

A first aiders call application has been created and made available to employees.

MESUR visits to analyze risks and improve practices

Through MESUR visits (Manager Effectively Safety Using Recognition), we make safety an individual and collective behavioral challenge and a driver for our future progress.

These scheduled on-site meetings between a manager and a technician allow for the observation of tasks and risk analysis. They result in an assessment of best practices and areas for improvement.

MESUR visits complement the existing risk analysis mechanisms at TDF Group:

  • Analysis of accidents and near misses
  • The Single Document for the Assessment of Professional Risks

Supporting the digital development of regions

Infrastructures across the entire territory

Broadcast and telecommunications infrastructures are essential for enabling local authorities to support the digital evolution of lifestyles and society, benefiting employment and the attractiveness of regions.

As a key player in the deployment and operation of networks, TDF Group makes investments to meet the broadcasting and connectivity needs of everyone—citizens, businesses, and public entities.

Trust-based partnership relationships

Attuned to the evolving needs and expectations of its clients, TDF Group aims to build long-term, trust-based partnership relationships, which are essential for the success of digital development projects.

Fiber in rural areas

TDF Group helps reduce the digital divide by deploying fiber optic in rural areas across five departments: Val d’Oise, Yvelines, Loir-et-Cher, Indre-et-Loire, and Maine-et-Loire.

Reinforcing our commitment to diversity and solidarity

At TDF Group, we strive to be a socially responsible company.

We actively promote diversity within our organization.

In 2021, the company signed its first agreement on the inclusion and retention of employees with disabilities.

TDF Group supports employees who engage in charitable associations.

Establishing a committed QWL policy

For TDF Group, quality of work life (QWL) are key factors in employee performance, particularly through the development of well-being and workplace conditions.

Our group aims to place this at the heart of its social policy, driving an initiative embodied by all employees and supported by the company’s management.

TDF Group is committed to:

  • remote working,
  • parenthood,
  • gender equality in the workplace.

Progressing through social dialogue

Social dialogue is part of TDF Group’s identity and allows us to listen to and address collective expectations in alignment with the company’s strategy. Human Resources supports the company’s developments.
